Do you use lower grade material? - No, we just minimize our expense, and exercise bulk purchasing power to set our cost low, so we can offer highest quality product with highest service. You will experience quality product with quality service. plenty of reference available. we offer faster service than local shops (most orders done in 24 hours) and highest quality of products. Believe us, we make every single order as we make our own company signage.

2. How fast do you ship? - We ship out most decal orders within 24-72 business hours, excluding, weekends and holidays. Shipping time varies depends your location.

-Vinyl Lettering-

1. How fast do you make the lettering? - All in stock colored lettering orders upto $500 shipped 24 hours, however, some larger size orders and special ordered colors takes 24-72 hours, but we do our best to ship every order within 24 hour time frame., large quantity orders and special material orders please ask us for turn around time.

2. Does Vinyl lettering comes single character or by words? - Lettering comes by words, phrases, sentences basically as you type on order line, will be pre spaced, aligned, ready to apply.

3. Is there background on lettering? -No, the vinyl lettering we offer is computer die cut, sign lettering which only the letter itself sticks on the surface you are apply on.

4. Can you make letters with Reflective vinyl? -Yes, we can make lettering with Engineer grade reflective vinyl. at price of 2X of our regular lettering price, just ask for "reflective vinyl" at checkout, we will adjust your order.

5. Can you do 2 tone (shadow) or outlined letters (another color surrounded the letters)? -Yes, we can do both types of letters at price of 2X of our regular lettering price, just ask for "shadow" or "outlined" and specify the color at checkout, we will adjust your order.

6. Is it hard to apply the lettering?- If you can draw straight line, measure the area, and follow simple instruction, you can peel and stick easily. Please refer the instruction

7. Can I put the lettering anywhere?- Vinyl letters are made of sign film which sticks any flat, non coarse surface, applications are virtually any flat surface, such as metal, windows, woods, plastic, ... any surface that Scotch Tape would adhere.

-Vinyl Decals-

1. What is the decal made of? - All decals are Computer Die Cut, with self adhesive premium Sign vinyl. It is not cheap sticker or bumper sticker printed on sticky paper material.

2. Do the decals have backgroung? - No, the decals are computer die cut, only the graphic will be left on surface after application, looks very professional.

3. Where can I put the decals? - The decals can be put on any flat surface, basic measure is, that if soctch tape sticks the decal sticks good. works great on Car bumpers, windows, bodies, musical instruments, cases, virtually, any flat, smooth surfaces

4. How long do the decals last? - The lifetime of the decals is indefinate for indoor application. Outdoor application (car, truck, etc): Regular Decals : 5-7 years under any weather Reflective Decals: 5-7 years under any weather Chrome, Crystal Fantasy: Minimum 1 year

5. Is it easy to apply the decals? - It is very easy, simply peel and stick then remove the covering tape.

6. Are the decals reuseable? - No, once applied, the decals are not reusueable, since when you remove it, it will come off as pieces.

7. Will the decals damage the surface? - No, the decals will not damage the surface, however, Removing the decals after long years, sticky gum or residue will be left, but easy to clean with adhesive remover or grease remover, sold in office supply store everywhere.
